Seth Treston Santoro’s Shock Claim: “Michael Lucas Never Paid Me!”

michael lucas seth trestonThings have gone from fairly horrific to downright catastrophic at Lucas Entertainment. Late last year, Str8UpGayPorn exclusively revealed that employees were abandoning the troubled bareback studio faster than Michael Lucas pops Truvadas before a weekend on Fire Island, and now, yet another employee has jumped ship: Former bareback exclusive Seth Treston. As you’ll recall, Seth Treston caused a huge fight last month when he broke his Lucas Entertainment contract to do a bareback scene with his husband, Billy Santoro, for Jake Cruise. So, how’d Seth Treston finally get out of his contract and away from Michael Lucas once and for all? He changed his porn name.

seth santoro 1I’m prettttttty sure changing your porn name wouldn’t have any legal significance in court, but then again, exclusive porn contracts are fairly meaningless, legally speaking, so good job, Seth Santoro! Keep up the great work.

Making matters worse? Seth Santoro is now claiming that Michael Lucas never compensated him for his scenes! Ouch:

For those of you keeping score at home, Seth Treston/Seth Santoro joins Mathew Mason, Trenton Ducati, Marc MacNamara, Vito Gallo, and Chris Crisco in the mass exodus from Lucas Entertainment. And if you thought things couldn’t get worse, think again. Str8UpGayPorn can exclusively confirm that not even Michael Lucas’ sugar daddy husband is willing to stick around! That’s right, Richard Winger has reportedly kicked Michael Lucas out of the couple’s New York City apartment, forcing poor Michael to have to sleep in the Lucas Entertainment office. The two were legally married in California back in 2008, but Winger will be able to file for divorce in New York state thanks to the Supreme Court’s DOMA ruling last year.

Hang in there, Michael!
