You might be looking at this like "where's the CSS?" Good question.

This file has to exist to make the theme valid. That doesn't mean anyone has to use it. All the CSS for this theme is in the css directory in the main theme folder. You'll find three files:
 
=> style.php: this contains all dynamic styles that come from the WP-Drudge options screens . I would recommend not playing around in here as it's possible to really mess something up. 
=> main.css: this has all the main styles for the template in general. These are loaded for all users.
=> mobile.css: this is for handheld devices and is used to shrink things and get rid of elements that might make life harder for a viewer on a mobile device. It should be said... most modern devices will use the main CSS.

If you'd like to add your own CSS, the best way to do that is in the WP-Drudge options screen. Now, I know what you're saying, you know what you're doing and you wan to edit the files. That's great and everything but if I come out with a new version of this template, your changes are going to be lost. If you just use the field I gave you, it gets saved in your database and your changes stay there. It's not just because I told you so.
