[UPDATED] Exclusive: Roman Todd Arrested And Charged With Multiple Felonies For Domestic Battery With DEADLY WEAPON Against Girlfriend Jewel Diamant
This story is being continually updated below.
Str8UpGayPorn can exclusively report that gay porn star Roman Todd has been arrested and charged with felony domestic battery today in Las Vegas, Nevada for violently assaulting his girlfriend Jewel Diamant (as seen above in a 2024 photo with Todd), a porn star who’s performed in multiple scenes with Todd and other bisexual men. The charge, domestic battery by strangulation, can be a misdemeanor or a felony, and because Todd allegedly caused substantial bodily harm to Diamant, Clark County is prosecuting this as a felony. A source tells Str8Up that Diamant is currently in the hospital with a concussion, two black eyes, and a chipped tooth, while Todd remains in jail after his arrest this morning.
The docket so far and inmate status:
Bail for Todd was set at $15,000, but as of tonight he’s still in custody. His arraignment is set for 9 a.m. tomorrow. If convicted, Todd will serve a minimum of two years in prison.
Diamant made disturbingly similar domestic violence headlines last year when she accused Todd’s former friend Cliff Jensen of assaulting her while she was pregnant. This is a developing story…
UPDATE 1:
Roman Todd was bonded out of jail late yesterday with the help of Bad Girl Jail Bonds, per the updated docket below. As you can see in the update, the next status check on the case is set for February 13th, and a DNA probable cause review form was ordered by law enforcement, presumably to collect DNA from Todd.
UPDATE 2:
Things have gone from bad to worse for Roman Todd, who is now facing multiple felonies for allegedly attacking his girlfriend Jewel Diamant.
While the initial felony count (as seen above) was for domestic battery by strangulation, the Clark County DA has upgraded the charges against Todd to include a second felony count of assault constituting domestic violence with use of a deadly weapon. This charge carries a sentence of one to six years in Nevada state prison, and would be in addition to the two years minimum sentence for the domestic battery felony, if convicted. Of course, the charges can always be downgraded or upgraded again before trial, or Todd could take a plea deal and not serve any jail time. But with the deadly weapon charge now added, it seems the DA has a lot to work with here, and it sounds like Jewel Diamant is lucky to be alive. Note that they’ve also added a third domestic battery charge, classified as a misdemeanor, to the case, as seen below in the most recent filing (click to enlarge):
