Naked Man Harasses Neighbors By Showing Off Nude Body From High Rise Apartment Window
On the one hand, anyone can obviously be naked in their own apartment, but if this guy is taunting and deliberately “showing off” to harass people, that’s a different story and I don’t see how he’s not breaking some kind of law. It’s too bad he’s not a young and hung muscle hunk, since that would at least be hot to look at, even if it was illegal. Via WGN:
