It’s interesting that Biden is sometimes incapable of speaking in complete sentences (when he’s not falling down stairs or falling asleep in public), and yet, he’s often able to deliver sharp, off-the-cuff remarks with just the right amount of shade. Honestly, I hope to be doing as well as he is when I’m 80.
