Biden Meets With Family To Discuss Campaign As 72% Of Voters Say He Should Drop Out
A new CBS poll taken after Thursday’s catastrophic debate finds that nearly 3 in 4 Americans want Joe Biden out of the presidential race. He’s obviously in no condition to be the leader of the free world, and at this point, any Democrat still supporting Biden is deliberately handing the White House back to Trump. If Democrats really want to win and really hate Trump, the only way forward is to have a new nominee. And yet, even that is a horribly unpredictable situation. But, if they pick a politically centrist/moderate Democratic replacement who’s in their 40’s or 50’s, they obviously stand a much better chance than sticking with the corpse they have now. If Biden doesn’t announce he’s dropping out this week, I think that means he’s actually going to stay in for the long haul, effectively giving Trump the win. We’re fucked.
