Sean Combs Denied Bail Again, Will Remain At Same Prison As Gay Porn Star Austin Wolf While Awaiting Trial For Sex Trafficking
The federal magistrate judge was first to deny Sean Combs’ bail earlier this week, and today a district judge who’ll actually be overseeing the case also rejected the defense’s pleas to have Diddy released on house arrest while awaiting trial. Report via WPLG:
As noted previously, Diddy is being held at the same prison as gay porn star Austin Wolf, the notoriously dangerous and inhumane Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Wolf, who’s facing child pornography charges while his lawyers are working on a plea deal, is presumably being held in the general population at the prison, but Diddy has been placed in the Special Housing Unit (SHU) away from the gen pop. SHU is of course still horrific, and there are more details on what Diddy’s life behind bars will be like for the next several months here.
