L.A. Archdiocese To Pay $880 MILLION Settlement To Children Raped By Catholic Priests
At first it seemed shocking that the Catholic church would have nearly a billion dollars lying around, but then you remember they’ve been the world’s largest criminal organization for hundreds of years, bilking hapless people out of tithes and donations for centuries, so this was probably just a drop in the bucket for the child rape conglomerate. It’s kind of sad/funny/insane when you think about it: All the idiot parishioners who’ve been giving the church money for all these years were really just paying to help 100 priests get away with committing thousands of rapes.
