L.A. Woman Offers $900 Reward For Stolen Pillow With Secret Message Written On Tag
Note that while the flyer says it’s an $800 reward, the woman whose pillow was stolen during a Halloween party in Venice, California has actually upped the reward to $900, as the report below explains.
The desperate search for the stolen pillow seems to be motivated by whatever the woman’s boyfriend wrote to her in a message on the pillow’s tag…and now I can’t stop thinking about what that message was, especially since she explicitly asks whoever finds the pillow, “DO NOT read the whole message as it is very private.” Good God! What does it say?! How could someone not read it, if it’s just sitting there on the tag in plain sight? Is there enough room on a pillow tag to write something that important? Also, I just re-read the reward letter, and it says the Halloween party turned into a “play party later at night”?? Doesn’t that mean, like, BDSM? Here’s the breaking news, via Fox11 in L.A.:
Between the secret message on the pillow tag, the BDSM party, and the thief in that Halloween costume (which is just a stupid wig and a cowboy hat, almost as if it’s a parody of a costume?) frantically stealing the candy and knocking over the pumpkin bucket…I can’t. I just can’t.
PLEASE!!! Have you seen him??
Another person found security footage in Venice from that night and this is so much clearer please I feel I am so close to getting my pillow back. He was in costume but you can see he was wearing a BROWN WATCH if that sounds like someone you know!!! pic.twitter.com/fectL6X2V3

The disguised thief is on the lam with the pillow and its secret love note, but that candy was a necessity. This whole thing is a joke, right? There’s no way this is real life.
