DOJ Asks Judge To Sentence Convicted Pedophile Austin Wolf To 20 Years In Prison, Reveals Horrifying Texts From Wolf To Children: “Fucking A Kid Is As Bad As I Get”
Former gay porn star Austin Wolf’s sentencing is tomorrow in New York, and while the now convicted pedophile begged the court for the lowest possible prison sentence, 10 years, in his sentencing memorandum posted here yesterday, Str8Up can now share the sentencing request from the Department of Justice that prosecuted Wolf. The DOJ has asked the court to send Wolf to prison for 235 months, which is just under 20 years.
As you know, Wolf pleaded guilty last June to one count of enticement of a minor, and the mandatory minimum punishment for this felony is 10 years in prison, while the maximum is life in prison. The DOJ’s entire sentencing memorandum is posted in full down below, and it includes an attachment (“Attachment A”) that’s relevant to the DOJ’s argument that Wolf be locked up for 20 years. As part of Wolf’s plea, he agreed to not contest any of the allegations and evidence presented in Attachment A, so while he wasn’t charged with any of the crimes documented in the attachment, the judge is being asked to consider these uncontested allegations when calculating Wolf’s sentence.
Here’s the introduction in which the DOJ asks for the “top end” of the sentencing guidelines range (235 months). They also explain a bit about that attachment with the conduct that Wolf (whose legal name is Justin Smith) is not contesting:
As noted yesterday, CC-1 is likely not being identified to protect their due process rights, assuming their trial is still pending.
The below section shows texts between Smith and CC-1, and then it moves into another text thread between Smith and a different co-conspirator, with a conversation about another victim:
As seen below, there’s another section involving another victim, and Smith is accused of engaging in “race play” with the victim, whom Smith calls a “good little nigg**”:
In yet another section showing more texts with yet another victim, Smith asks for pictures of a 10-year-old girl, and then he admits that “fucking a kid is as bad as I get”:
In the closing section of the document below, the DOJ explains why the 20-year sentence is necessary and appropriate. As much as I agree with them (in fact, I see no reason why Smith should ever be released from prison, assuming all of the allegations are true), their methods are incredibly and insanely frustrating. In short: Why present all of this evidence and use it to argue for a lengthy prison sentence if you’re not going to charge him with ANY of it? The bulk of what they’ve documented here and in the attachment is just as bad (if not far worse) than the one charge and incident to which Smith pleaded guilty. None of this makes any sense.
The DOJ’s closing section:
We’ll find out in just under 24 hours whether Smith is sent to prison for 10 years or 20 years, and I’m guessing it’ll be closer to 10, unfortunately.
The full DOJ sentencing memorandum is below, but before you read it, a warning: Almost all of this is extremely difficult to read, and there are several parts I actually couldn’t read, and instead just hurriedly skimmed through. I recommend doing the same, or just skip the whole thing entirely. We all knew this was horrific, but I don’t know if I fully realized just how unconscionably evil Austin Wolf/Justin Smith is until reading this.
