Bodycam Footage Shows Portland Police Squad Car Hitting Naked Man With Gun: "Run Him Over, Dude!"
They hit him with their squad car at about 1:00 in the clip above, via KGW, but then he gets up and runs away. He’s found later and they tase him, and while they blurred his face and genitals, you can still see he has so many crazy tattoos.
