Florida Man Awakens To Find Burglar Rubbing His Penis And Urinating On Him

Police said the man told them he “woke up” to a suspect, later identified as Maykel Rodriguez Jr., “on top of me and touching my penis over my clothing.”
The report states that the victim told officers that Rodriguez, 34, then “proceeded to expose his penis and urinate on me before leaving the room.”
According to the report, the victim told officers that as Rodriguez grabbed his clothes and left, he told the victim, “I know you.”
The victim was able to “positively identify” Rodriguez and the latter “refused to speak or answer any questions” before officers arrested him on charges of burglary of an occupied dwelling, battery and indecent exposure.

Typical Florida behavior. The suspect lived down the street from the victim, so maybe he did “know” him? A burglary with battery conviction carries a potential life sentence, which is insane but not surprising, given this is Florida and nothing makes sense.
