Austin Wolf Set To Be Released Early From Prison

Just a quick update on the incarceration of former gay porn star Austin Wolf (legal name Justin Heath Smith), for those who might be curious. The convicted pedophile—who pleaded guilty to enticement of a minor after engaging in sex acts with that minor—was sentenced to 19 years in prison last September, which would’ve meant that he’d be released in September of 2044. Instead, the Bureau Of Prisons is now stating that Wolf will be released in August of 2040, a full four years earlier than expected:

Why is Austin Wolf getting out four years (48 months) early? For starters, he had already been locked up for 15 months before sentencing (he was initially arrested in June of 2024), so he’s actually being released about 33 months early. Those 33 months are likely being shaved off due to “good behavior,” and because this Good Conduct Time credit (inmates receive credit for up to 54 days per year served) is calculated in advance by the BOP, they now show a release date of 8/26/2040. Long story short: Austin Wolf will have served 194 months of a 228-month sentence when all is said and done, which is just over 16 years.

As Str8Up previously reported, Austin Wolf is serving his time at a low security federal prison called Seagoville, which is just outside of Dallas, Texas. For reference, Ghislaine Maxwell is also being held at a low security prison in Texas, and hers is called Bryan Federal Prison Camp, about three hours away from Seagoville. Other inmates at Seagoville include reality star and fellow pedophile Josh Duggar, Ralph Shortey, a former Republican state senator from Oklahoma who was convicted of child sex trafficking, and Fernando Rivas, an Emmy-winning music composer for Sesame Street who was convicted of creating child porn. Wolf will be 59 years old when he’s released in 2040.

Finally, please note that Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted in 2021, is set to be released before Austin Wolf, and she was sentenced to only 20 years in prison, just one year more than Wolf. Wolf’s crimes are of course abhorrent (his sentence should’ve been even longer) and his victims deserve as much justice as Maxwell’s, but given that Maxwell is the sole convicted co-conspirator of the largest and most horrific child sex trafficking ring in modern history involving current and former United States presidents, it’s remarkable to me that she’ll have served only 205 months when she’s released, almost exactly the same as Wolf.

Before she was murdered, Epstein/Maxwell victim Virginia Guiffre often spoke about just how evil Maxwell was. Here’s an interview she did back in 2020, shortly after Maxwell’s arrest:
