Florida Snowflake Who Had Meltdown Over Starbucks Gay Pride Flag Must Complete Community Service And Pay Fine
As you’ll recall, the former funeral home worker (they fired his bigoted ass after he was arrested) who freaked the fuck out when he saw a Pride flag in a Starbucks was charged with criminal mischief, but now he’s struck a deal with Florida (of course) prosecutors, and he’ll have the misdemeanor erased from his record once he completes community service and pays back Starbucks for the damage he caused in their store. The PTI deal terms require Kemp to serve 25 hours of community service, complete an eight-hour anger management course, and pay Starbucks $210 for damages resulting from his flag meltdown. Kemp, who admitted responsibility for the crime, has also been ordered to have “No Contact with Starbucks.”
The six-month PTI program could be terminated after three months if Kemp meets all of its conditions. Upon successful completion of the program–which is offered to first-time offenders–the misdemeanor charge will be dismissed.
Kemp is a registered Republican and lives in Clearwater with his wife and young daughter. His Facebook page declares, “Priorities: 1.God 2.Family 3.Business.”
