Horror: Perez Hilton Livestreams Attempted Suicide On TikTok; Hospitalized In Unknown Condition
Perez Hilton took to TikTok live Tuesday evening during an apparent psychotic break, and the celebrity blogger could be seen cutting his completely naked body with a large butcher knife while inside his home in Miami, Florida. Hilton’s three children and his mother all live with him, but they were not home at the time. Viewers watching the livestream reportedly called Miami police, who responded to the scene and eventually removed Hilton from the house, placed him in an ambulance, and took him to a hospital. His condition is unknown as of post time.
Video of the livestream has been circulating on Twitter, and calling it “disturbing” would be the understatement of the year. It makes Charlie Kirk’s murder look like a picnic. The blood is real, the cutting is real, and it’s clear he’s completely lost it. If Hilton survives, he’ll likely never see his children again, unless he’s allowed supervised visits. One recording of the livestream is here, but it’ll probably be pulled down. Regardless, trust me, you don’t want to watch it. I saw a few seconds before I immediately moved into another tab on my browser and just let the audio play. Here’s some of what Hilton was saying as he cut himself with the knife:
“Fuck yeah! I’m surprised TikTok lets this stay.”
“It hurts but it feels so good, too. I’m a fuckin’ parasite loser. This is what you all wanted.”
“It’ll be interesting to see what happens after you die.”
“I’m committing suicide.”
“I hope the cops shoot me to death. I’m going to tell them I’m going to hurt them.”
Hilton can be heard moaning sexually (but also moaning like he’s in severe pain) throughout the video while he’s slicing himself with the knife. At one point he appears to be putting the blade inside his rectum.

The sheriff’s office has announced that Hilton was safely taken from his home and is now receiving medical attention. At the same time, crisis response officers and mental health professionals are on hand to support his family.
