Heklina died well over three years ago, and London police have finally revealed that the San Francisco drag legend died from a lethal drug overdose involving cocaine, meth, ecstasy, GHB, and ketamine. I tried a few of those drugs individually when I was in my late teens, and the way I felt the next day was never worth it (although, the coke was sometimes fun), so it’s hard to imagine what a 55-year-old on all five at the same time would be going through?
