Surprise! Rhyheim Shabazz Makes BelAmi Debut In Rhyheim Is An American In Prague
Did any of you have Rhyheim Shabazz making his BelAmi debut on your 2026 bingo card? If so, you’re a fortune telling genius, because that’s exactly what’s happening later this month. On November 19th, Rhyheim will become the newest gay porn superstar to reboot BelAmi’s iconic American In Prague film series, and this new feature is appropriately titled Rhyheim Is An American In Prague. I’m told all the BelAmi boys couldn’t get enough of Rhyheim (and he’s got plenty to give), so the upcoming scenes will be a thrill to watch. I should have a trailer in the coming days, followed by the first episode in two weeks, but for now, here’s the press release from BelAmi:
PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC —Some films become classics. Others become legends. BelAmi’s 1997 feature release An American in Prague is both.
Today, BelAmi proudly announces the return of one of the most celebrated franchises in gay adult entertainment with Rhyheim Is An American in Prague, an ambitious new feature starring international adult superstar Rhyheim Shabazz. Filmed on location in BelAmi’s breathtaking hometown of Prague, the much-anticipated feature brings a fresh face, a new adventure, and an exciting new chapter to a franchise that has captivated audiences for decades.
Premiering November 19, 2026, only at BelAmiOnline, the new production promises all the romance, adventure, unforgettable encounters, and the spectacular Central European scenery that made An American in Prague a BelAmi signature.
For Rhyheim, being one of the world’s most sought-after gay superstars comes with its demands. Sometimes even megastars need to escape. While relaxing in Brazil and scrolling online, Rhyheim discovers ‘BelAmi Tours’. Before long, he’s trading the Brazilian sunshine for the enchanting fairytale streets (and boys) of Prague.
Upon arrival, Rhyheim is greeted by his tour guide, BelAmi’s Hugo Carter, who sets the stage for a Prague adventure of a lifetime. The journey takes Rhyheim through the city’s enchanting streets, where unexpected encounters and a memorable succession of BelAmi’s finest await.
“Rhyheim shines in this project,” says BelAmi’s CEO Stuart: “His charisma, natural charm, and ability to perform at the highest level are truly a sight to behold. We’re excited to bring this one-of-a-kind production to our members around the world. I can’t think of a better way to bring back the classic An American in Prague franchise today than with Rhyheim.”
Released in 1997, An American in Prague is widely regarded as one of the best-selling gay adult video releases of all time and remains a defining production in BelAmi’s history. The original film centers around Chance, an American visitor arriving at Prague airport, where he meets Johan Paulik. What follows is a series of interconnected encounters and city tours, with the stunning architecture and romanticism of one of Europe’s most beautiful cities providing an unforgettable backdrop. Alongside Johan and an iconic cast of BelAmi models, Chance discovers the magic of Prague and BelAmi.
The critical and commercial success of An American in Prague would inspire multiple remakes. In 2013, BelAmi revisited the franchise with hugely popular exclusive American model Mick Lovell, delivering another international bestseller. In 2018, BelAmi struck gold once again with Blake Mitchell Is An American in Prague, starring beloved American superstar Blake Mitchell. The multi-award-winning remake reignited worldwide enthusiasm for the celebrated series.
In honor of the franchise’s return with Rhyheim, BelAmi is inviting fans to rediscover where it all began. For the first time ever, the original An American in Prague will be available to stream for members of BelAmiOnline.com. Meticulously remastered in stunning HD, the legendary film returns to the screen with a new level of visual clarity, allowing longtime fans and a new generation of viewers to experience the iconic film like never before.
The remastered original will roll out as a special six-part streaming event, with the first episode premiering Tuesday, November 10, 2026, followed by a new episode every week for the next five weeks. It will run in conjunction with the launch of Rhyheim Is An American in Prague, creating an online event that bridges nearly three decades of BelAmi history.
From the groundbreaking original in 1997 to the highly anticipated return starring Rhyheim Shabazz, An American in Prague remains a defining part of adult entertainment history.
The destination is the same. The adventure continues. And a new American arrives in Prague. The next chapter begins with RHYHEIM IS AN AMERICAN IN PRAGUE, premiering November 19, 2026, exclusively at BelAmi.
