Report above on a proposed settlement with Phoenix police via ABC15, and honestly, $15 million is nowhere near enough. I would only accept a $50 million settlement, and it would have to include a similar torture for those pigs: Chain them down on 115 degree asphalt for five minutes and see how they like it.
