Austin Wolf In Jail For ONE YEAR As Judge Grants 11th Continuance In Child Porn Case

For the 11th time in as many months, the Department of Justice and gay porn star Austin Wolf have agreed to a continuance for 30 more days while lawyers on both sides work to close the child porn case against Wolf without a trial and without an indictment. Str8Up’s reporting on previous monthly continuances is here.

Wolf, as you’ll recall, was charged by complaint back in June of 2024 for child porn possession and distribution, but there’s been no grand jury indictment, which is required to proceed with the case. As Str8Up reported exclusively two months ago, the DOJ’s uncharged accusations against Wolf include raping a 15-year-old several times and planning to rape a 7-year-old boy with the help of that boy’s father. The scope of the allegations extending beyond possession of CSAM would explain all of the delays, as Wolf could be working on a plea deal and turning over evidence against others. Still, while the feds obviously wanted Wolf locked up before he could harm more children, how many plea deals have taken an entire year to finalize while a defendant is jailed and not formally charged?

In the new motion filed last week, the AUSA wrote that Wolf once again agreed to the continuance, and the filings from the judge and the AUSA are here:

Wolf will receive credit for the time he’s already spent in jail, assuming he’s eventually sentenced. His agreeing to a year behind bars without a trial or indictment indicates to me that he’s guilty, and he’s planning on spending several more years locked up. And because both Wolf and the DOJ are in agreement on all the continuances, I guess the judges have no reason to ever deny them. This could go on for another full year, if not longer.
