Austin Wolf To Serve 19-Year Sentence At Low Security Federal Prison In Texas

As Str8Up reported earlier this week, convicted pedophile Justin Smith (former porn star Austin Wolf) was sentenced to 19 years in federal prison for enticement of a minor following his sexual abuse of a 15-year-old boy. When the sentence was announced via press release by the DOJ on Monday, the sentencing document had not yet been published, but today, Str8Up has obtained the full filing, which you can view below.

Smith will serve his 19 years (which could be closer to 17 years given time already served and potential good behavior credit) at a low security prison called Seagoville (aerial view above) near Dallas, Texas, and the facility made headlines in 2020 when over 1,300 inmates were infected with COVID-19, becoming one of the largest outbreaks during the pandemic. Several of those infected inmates died. Other inmates with whom Smith will be jailed at Seagoville include reality star and fellow pedophile Josh Duggar, Ralph Shortey, a former Republican state senator from Oklahoma who was convicted of child sex trafficking, and Fernando Rivas, an Emmy-winning music composer for Sesame Street who was convicted of creating child porn. In short, Seagoville might be the creepiest shithole on earth.

Here’s the full sentencing document, which includes a lengthy list of conditions Smith will have to adhere to upon his release:

As you’ll recall, gay porn studios almost immediately removed all of their Austin Wolf scenes from their sites over a year ago, right after Smith was arrested in June of 2024. In addition to removing content last year, Men.com went a step further and specifically reached out to affiliates and asked them to remove Wolf content (photos, video trailers, etc.) from their sites. Str8Up complied with that request last year.

Wolf launched his gay porn career in 2012, shortly after turning 30 years old. Assuming he serves his full term, he’ll be 63 years old when he’s released from Seagoville prison in 2044, at which time he may be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
