Last night, a Redditer who calls himself “GardenofGandalf” posted a photo of what he claims are his three—yes three, as in not two—testicles. Perhaps this three-balled guy was inspired by double-dick dude?

At first I was skeptical, but then I remembered this Wikipedia article (there’s always a Wikipedia article) on people with three balls, which I actually read over a year ago the last time I was skeptical of people with three balls. Having three balls is a real thing, and it’s called Polyorchidism. And, those of you with good “three-balled guys” memories will recall that former gay porn star Chris Tyler (a.k.a. Nikko Alexander) also has this congenital disorder, which isn’t so much a “disorder” as it is crazy hot and 3x the fun.
