Britney Spears “Sings” With Elton John In New Duet
This isn’t really a song in the traditional sense, but it is three minutes of computer music remixing the pretty melodies of 1972’s “Tiny Dancer” (now renamed “Hold Me Closer,” based on a line in the chorus) with both Britney Spears and Elton John’s voices autotuned beyond all recognition. Britney doesn’t have any verses by herself and can barely be heard in the track, but stans are calling it an epic comeback (the bar is low, folks), and it’s now #1 on iTunes. This sounds great on stereo speakers (much better than on my regular laptop speaker), so this will be a big hit in dance clubs:
