Colby Jansen Launches GoFundMe To Support Legal Battle Against Manhunt Founder Jonathan Crutchley After “Unjust Eviction”
Remember Manhunt? Maybe the better question is: Remember the 1990’s? Actually, the Manhunt gay dating site was launched in 2001 by a Republican named Jonathan Crutchley (seen above, left), and in what was news to me today, gay porn star Colby Jansen just revealed that he’s been living with Crutchley in a sugar daddy type relationship for the last eight years! But, the two recently had a major falling out (move over Elon and Donald!), and Jansen says he was “unjustly evicted” from Crutchley’s mansion.
Jansen has started a GoFundMe to help cover legal expenses as he attempts to get back his property (which is apparently still locked up inside the house?), and maybe the right to some of the $4 million that Jansen claims he was promised in Crutchley’s will.
The GoFundMe description:
Locked Out After a Decade of Devotion – Help Colby Jansen Fight Back
Goal: $20,000
“He promised to take care of me. Now he wants me gone—with no legal notice and a $13,000 check to disappear.”
My name is Colby Jansen, and for nearly 10 years, I lived in a domestic, emotional, and financial relationship with Jonathan Crutchley—the multimillionaire co-founder of Manhunt and Jack’d, and a longtime donor to the Log Cabin Republicans and other conservative causes.
I gave him love, stability, and loyalty. I lived with him. I cared for him as his health declined. I gave up career opportunities so I could be present, supportive, and emotionally available—because he asked me to. Because he promised I would be taken care of.
Now, without a court order, without a legal eviction, and without even using my legal name, he’s locked me out of our home and revoked every promise he ever made.
Why I’m Raising $20,000
My legal retainer alone is $5,000. But that’s just the start of what this will take. I’m asking for your help to cover:
Attorney Retainer – $5,000
Filing Fees, Service, Motions – $2,000
Ongoing Legal Work (40–50 hours) – $8,000
Emergency Housing/Logistics – $1,500+
TOTAL: $15,000
This is not a lawsuit for revenge. It’s a defense of my rights, my history, my property, and my identity. This is about the truth of what our life was—and the legal and moral obligation he has to resolve this with dignity.
What He’s Trying to Erase
I lived in the home with Jonathan since 2017
I received monthly financial support from him ($10,000–$13,000) for nearly a decade
I was his medical power of attorney
I helped manage the household: bills, tech, guests, errands
He verbally promised me $4 million in his will—and later revoked it after I legally married (a marriage he knew about and initially supported)
He gifted me high-value items: a $7,500 putting green, $8,500 pinball machine, a $5,000 pool table, original art, and paid off two cars
Now he’s removed my name from everything, changed the locks, and is attempting to walk away from it all with a single email and a check. He has millions. I have receipts—and a decade of my life at stake.
Why This Is Bigger Than Me
This happens to so many people in our community—especially younger content creators, performers, and companions. Men with power and money make promises. They build dependency. And then they discard us when it no longer fits their image or their plan.
I’m fighting this because I won’t be erased—and because if I win, others may finally have the courage to say “no” to being used and discarded.
