An update on that horrifying story from earlier this year about the Safeway employee who ejaculated inside bakery cupcakes made for a child’s birthday party. Because the bodily fluids were ingested by victims “indirectly,” the crime is considered an “attempted” sexual assault, hence the lenient sentence of just four years in prison, which was handed down yesterday.
