Criminals Using Facial Recognition To Rob NYC Gays After Knocking Them Unconscious
Gays are reportedly being lured out of bars in NYC to do drugs with criminals in their cars, but when they get to the cars, the criminals are knocking out the gays and then using their faces to access their phones and rob them. It was so much easier (not to mention so much more fun) to be gay before cell phones. Via NBC:
Whatever happened to just doing drugs in the bathroom at the bar? I never partook, but I remember people doing this in the 2000’s and 2010’s, back when I used to go to bars, and back when I had a life. If you’re gonna go to a stranger’s car to do drugs, at least bring a friend with you. Or, better yet, skip the drugs completely (not that the robbers actually have any drugs)—everything is laced with fentanyl now anyway, and people are dropping dead.
