Not the local news channel pixelating the dog? I guess to protect his identity? Or, maybe it’s because they’re pixelating the owner’s face, and everything kind of blurred together? In any event, the dog was unvaccinated (it’s from Florida, big surprise), and the woman who was bitten had to get rabies shots.
In addition to not having her dog up-to-date on shots, you can tell the owner is a worthless piece of shit, as she just lets the untrained German Shepherd barrel right past her and launch the attack. The report from Fox30:
