Dolly Parton Fulfills Man’s Dying Wish With Phone Call
The Utah man, LeGrand Gold, has been battling cancer for over two years, which has now spread outside his liver and reached a point where chemo has stopped working. One of his “bucket list” items has been to meet Dolly Parton, and somehow the legend got word of the man’s wish, so she placed a phone call to him last week. Video of their conversation (Dolly and the man’s wife do most the talking, since he was groggy due to medication) is above.
