Florida Hunk Arrested For Assaulting Circle K Clerk With Chocolate Egg
He looks like he could be a Sean Cody model. There doesn’t seem to be any clear motive for the assault, so it sounds like it’s just another case of a hunk gone mad for no reason. In Florida, of course, that’s a tale as old as time. Via TheSmokingGun:
A Florida Man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly striking a Circle K cashier in the forehead with a thrown chocolate egg and then hopping the counter to further batter the victim, cops charge.
According to a criminal complaint, Edward Riordan, the convenience store worker, tried to check out John Mehas, “as he was next in line.”
However, for some reason, Mehas refused to let Riordan handle his transaction.
Instead, Mehas, 27, walked over to another employee, “rendered payment,” and “threw a chocolate egg towards the victim hitting him in the forehead.”

Mehas then jumped the counter and punched the clerk in the face. He was charged with battery and posted $1,000 bond the next day.
