Florida Man Arrested After Ejaculating On Woman Inside Ross Dress For Less
The victim reportedly didn’t even know she was being assaulted, but a witness saw the man ejaculate on her. According to the detective in the report below, the man was “massaging his penis, he gets erect…and he discharges a white fluid consistent with semen.” Via WPLG:
