Gay-For-Pay Porn Star Sebastian Young Pleads Not Guilty To Beating Wife
Sebastian Young (real name Joshua Noles) can now add another count of domestic battery to the list of nearly two dozen crimes he’s been accused and/or convicted of over the past decade, as the gay-for-pay porn star was arraigned and formally charged today in a Florida court, just 48 hours after filming new gay porn scenes in Georgia.
This time it’s a domestic battery charge, as Young stands accused of beating his wife (who is also the mother of their two children) with a cutting board and a cake, and then breaking down a door in the couple’s Florida home to beat his wife some more with his fists. According to documents obtained by Str8UpGayPorn, Young’s wife told police that she believed her husband was on crystal methamphetamine during the alleged assault, which ultimately left her unconscious on a bathroom floor.

Given Young’s previous battery conviction (in 2008, he served nearly two years in prison for assaulting an elderly person over the age of 65), the state could have charged him with felony battery, which carries a prison sentence of up to five years. But in true Florida tradition, prosecutors elected to only charge Young with misdemeanor battery, which carries a maximum prison sentence of one year.
This is at least the third time Young has been arrested and accused of beating his wife, but it appears to be the first time formal charges were filed, which means that Young’s wife intends to follow through and cooperate with the prosecution.
