Gay Porn Star Aspen Charged With Child Molestation In Georgia
Gay porn star Aspen had launched (and then quickly pulled down) a GoFundMe campaign to pay for an attorney’s fees following an arrest on an unspecified charge earlier this month, and Str8UpGayPorn now has confirmation on what that charge is: Child molestation.
While Aspen declined to state what he had been arrested for, he did call the charge a “false allegation” in the message accompanying his since deleted GoFundMe:
As we all know I was recently incarcerated due to false allegations of a felonious act I supposedly committed in December of 2018. Due to the nature of the allegations I’d rather not share with you. Currently this charge carries a minimum of a 5 year sentence. As we all know attorneys can be ungodly expensive and this case is not one I’d be willing to take a plea bargain with. Please help. Save my ass. Or you’ll never get to see the best of me.
As Atlanta’s ProjectQ notes, the arresting police department did not release an incident report or details on the case, but a source close to Aspen tells Str8UpGayPorn that the victim of the crime (which allegedly happened back in 2018) was the 13-year-old daughter of Aspen’s then girlfriend, whom Aspen has children of his own with. Coincidentally, my source also tells me that the father of the victim (who is now 15 years old) is currently in prison himself after having been convicted of molesting his daughter—the same girl whom Aspen is now charged with abusing.
Aspen, who was released on bond shortly after his arrest last week, was correct about the prison time he’s facing, as a felony child molestation conviction in Georgia carries a minimum sentence of five years. I’ve reached out to Aspen for comment and will update this story if he responds.
