GayHoopla’s Jacob Booker Is Now Corbin Fisher’s Kai, And GayHoopla Owner La El Made A Diagram About It
Performers who change their names and work for multiple studios after being exclusive at one studio is hardly new, and it’s happened again today with the “introduction” of gay porn star Kai on Corbin Fisher. (As most know, Kai is the artist formerly known as Jacob Booker on GayHoopla.)
Coincidentally(?), on the same day as Kai’s Corbin Fisher debut, GayHoopla owner La El tweeted the below diagram he created, showing the trajectory of a “new model” as he begins on GayHoopla, then moves to Corbin Fisher and Men, and then transitions into making self-produced content (along with being a Venmo model? I didn’t know Venmo made porn):
As most will recall, this isn’t the first time GayHoopla has commented on models who work for them before moving on to other studios. Last year, the studio published a message on their site calling these types of models “hoes.” Unless the model is in breach of contract or has some other legal issue, it’s not clear why this is apparently an issue for GayHoopla (again: the overwhelming majority of exclusive models all leave their first studios and work elsewhere at some point), but at least La El seems to have a sense of humor about the models who leave GayHoopla! (Side note: Why do models leave GayHoopla in the first place? Maybe La El can make a fun diagram explaining that. 😉 )
