Harvey Weinstein Rape Conviction Overturned By New York Court
In a world where everything is insane nonsense, I guess this makes sense. The convicted rapist had his New York conviction overturned on technicalities today, but he still has a separate rape conviction and prison sentence in Los Angeles. So, while he’ll be let out of prison in New York, he’ll presumably go directly to California to begin the 16-year sentence for the L.A. conviction. Report below via ABC and more details here.
