I wondered why this felt familiar, and then I remembered that the same thing happened back in 2016 at another German Christmas market. News on today’s terror attack via ABC:

So sad… vehicle ran through the Christmas Market in Germany at unbelievable speeds… at least 11 killed and 60+ Injured

Photo of the suspect has been released and of course… he doesn’t look very German.
