Dude, I just don’t know anymore. This can’t be real life, and it almost feels like some sick movie, but I can’t think of a filmmaker who would come up with something this batshit insane? Why does a woman like this even exist, and what in jesus christ’s name is she doing working as a nurse?

And here’s the video below as it was originally posted to Facebook. It’s not clear why the person recording the video didn’t say something immediately, but I can only hope that he was gathering the proof needed to make sure this psychotic monster was fired.
