Jane Campion Calls Sam Elliott A “Little Bit Of A Bitch” Over Power Of The Dog Comments
ICYMI, here was what douche bag galore Sam Elliott had to say about likely Best Picture winner The Power Of The Dog during a podcast interview earlier this month:
I finally saw TPOTD last week and, while I appreciated its craftsmanship more than I actually liked it, the movie has really stuck with me and I can’t stop thinking about it, so it’s probably a lot better than I initially thought.
Here was director Jane Campion last night at the DGAs (where she took home Best Director for the film), totally demolishing Sam Elliott. Even worse than calling him a bitch, her most brutal burn is when she reminds us that Elliott isn’t a cowboy, he’s an actor:
