Given he has at least two layers of clothing on, and given he’s (presumably!) not erect, I don’t think Justin Timberlake’s tiny bulge seen in the clip below indicates anything about the actual size of his cock. It’s a harness pulling up on a section of loose-fitting black pants, so he could have a micro penis, or he could be well-hung. Either way, I suppose it’s fun to see him being mocked, as TMZ reports:
