I can’t remember the last time I thought about Kamala Harris, but I do remember a few years ago seeing those videos of her laughing that funny laugh over and over again. Now there’s a new clip making the rounds of her saying the word “fucking” (and then laughing, of course), which will surely be made into its own meme in the coming days. Here’s Kamala at the annual Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies Legislative Leadership summit in D.C. this weekend:
