Log Cabin Republicans Condemn Anti-Gay Ron DeSantis Ad
I guess I should consider it a good thing that I’m not in tune with MAGAts and/or DeSantis psychos, because when I first saw the below ad full of homophobic imagery, hate speech, and bigotry, I thought it was an anti-DeSantis ad that was meant to make him look deranged. Turns out, this ad was made in support of meatball Ron! His doomed presidential campaign posted it on Twitter:

In retrospect, I guess that’s supposed to make DeSantis look “tough” on gays, because the video is edited with pictures of the serial killer in American Psycho and a cartoon DeSantis swamp vampire? This has to be the most embarrassing political campaign of the 21st century.
Pro-Trump morons and other “conservatives” from the Log Cabin Republicans (lmao, can you believe those useless quislings still exist?) took issue with the DeSantis campaign sharing the ad, via Mediaite:
“Today’s message from the DeSantis campaign War Room is divisive and desperate,” the Log Cabin Republicans said in a statement. “Republicans and other commonsense conservatives know Ron Desantis [sic] has alienated swing-state and younger voters.”
The organization said that while “conservatives understand that we need to protect our kids, preserve women’s sports, safeguard women’s spaces and strengthen parental rights,” DeSantis’ “extreme rhetoric has just ventured into homophobic territory.”
“Just ventured into”…ha ha. As if DeSantis and most Republicans haven’t always based their entire political careers on vile hate speech and legislation targeting gays. And the whole time, they’ve been enabled by worthless faggots like the Log Cabin Syrups. I guess attacking a similarly brain dead celebrity like Caitlyn Jenner is what finally crossed the line for these pathetic clowns.
