Naked Man Dances On LAPD Cruiser Along Hollywood Walk Of Fame
This is fairly tame and normal for the cesspool known as Los Angeles (a.k.a. the Florida of the west coast). Via Fox11:
The man was eventually arrested and charged with vandalism after kicking out the window of the cruiser. No word on what provoked his meltdown, other than simply having to live in Los Angeles.
