Naked Man Disrupts Traffic While Climbing Aboard Semi Truck Trailer
One guess as to the state in which this happened.

A naked man walking down the highway and climbing a tractor-trailer truck disrupted I-75 traffic in Sarasota Thursday afternoon, authorities said.
Deputies responding to calls about the naked man took him into protective custody without incident and brought him to a nearby hospital for a mental health evaluation, Doug Jones, creative communications specialist for the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office, told Patch.
