Nikki Haley Wins Her First Primary Contest In Washington D.C.
Given that D.C. is full of relatively sane Republicans (compared to the redneck brain dead racist cousin-fucking freaks in, say, West Virginia), this isn’t a surprise. And because Nikki Haley won more than half the vote (the final tally was Haley 63%, Trump 33%), she gets all of D.C.’s 19 delegates. This won’t do anything to move Haley anywhere close to Trump’s delegate count, and this will all be over after Super Tuesday this week, but at least she can say she didn’t lose every single primary.
