What happened to this dog is a kind of evil I don’t think any of us can ever understand, and all we can do is hope that whoever is responsible dies a painful, miserable death. The dog, thankfully, will be just fine, and I guess it’s OK to leave the bullet in his jaw? Via KPTV:
