Outrage In NYC After White Marine Murders Homeless Black Man On Subway

The cops get away with this exact same thing all the time (remember Eric Garner?), so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that a retired white marine would be allowed to murder a black man, too. The report above has an update noting that the death has been ruled a homicide by the coroner, so it’s possible the killer could be charged this week, but it’ll probably be something like involuntary manslaughter. Protests have already begun in New York today, and they’ll likely continue if the marine isn’t charged.
