The exact charges were burglary and invasion of privacy, after the man was found hiding in the woman’s attic. He and the OnlyFans model had met previously and had consensual sex, but he later became obsessed with her. Via FostersDailyDemocrat:

Mauricio Guerrero is expected to face jail time after being found guilty Tuesday for some of the charges he faced for stalking a Somersworth woman he met online and hiding in her home.

The 21-year-old Pennsylvania man faced four burglary charges, a criminal trespass charge, and two violation of privacy charges, stemming from his alleged obsession with the woman.

Assistant County Attorney Emily Garod said Guerrero was found guilty of two of the four felony burglary charges, one carrying a potential 7.5- to 15-year sentence. The other charge could bring 3.5 to 7 years.

Guerrero was arrested Feb. 9, 2022, charged with hiding in the woman’s attic for two days, sneaking down to her room and taking videos of her and stalking her prior to that. The two met on OnlyFans, a content subscription service where creators can earn money from users – the “fans” – who pay a monthly membership fee to access their exclusive content.

Guerrero’s defense had argued that the 25-year-old OnlyFans model manipulated him into being obsessed with her, and she in fact told him that she wanted him to be her stalker. The woman was allegedly more “sophisticated” than Guerrero, and she benefited from all the gifts and money he gave her. Here was a report on Guerrero’s testimony:
