While Yager is a Tennessee state senator, his arrest for DUI and hit and run was in Georgia, and here’s that video of the piss-soaked motherfucker losing control of his bladder in public (note that you can really see how much he’s urinating uncontrollably when he eventually turns around and it becomes clear that one of his legs is entirely drenched in pee!):
