Trailer For Literary Satire American Fiction
American Fiction won the coveted Audience Award at the Toronto Film Festival last month (an early bellwether for the Oscars), and it looks brilliantly funny. It was written for the screen and directed by Cord Jefferson, and if you’ve been on the internet long enough, you remember him from Gawker back in the early 2010’s, which feels like a literal lifetime ago. The movie opens in December.
