Trailer For Martin Scorsese’s Killers Of The Flower Moon Starring Leonardo DiCaprio
Leo’s early 1900’s midwestern(?) accent isn’t really working for me, but maybe it’s because we’re only hearing snippets of him reading something in the trailer. We should have plenty of time to get used to his accent in the full movie, since it’s like four fucking hours long. He sounded somewhat similar in The Revenant, which was great. The studio’s description of Killers Of The Flower Moon:
Based on David Grann’s broadly lauded best-selling book, Killers of the Flower Moon is set in 1920s Oklahoma and depicts the serial murder of members of the oil-wealthy Osage Nation, a string of brutal crimes that came to be known as the Reign of Terror. Directed by Martin Scorsese and Screenplay by Eric Roth and Scorsese, the film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Lily Gladstone, Jesse Plemons, Tantoo Cardinal, Cara Jade Myers, JaNae Collins, and Jillian Dion.
I saw Brendan Fraser in the trailer, but he’s not credited in that description. Weird, considering he just won an Oscar. He must have a very small role.
