Tom Cruise the real life person has always seemed horrific, but Tom Cruise the action movie star is probably the best there ever was. The last Mission Impossible was among the greatest action movies I’ve ever seen, and this new one—Dead Reckoning Part One (the penultimate film of the franchise, with the sequel and final MI film coming in 2024)—will hopefully be just as good. Fingers crossed that monkeyronapox23 doesn’t keep us out of the theaters next year.
