Following the recent Hawaii arrest, Radimak is being held without bail due to violating parole from his California conviction. If convicted in Hawaii, I believe he’ll be extradited to California to serve out the remainder of his original five-year sentence for his attacks in that state, and then he’ll be sent back to Hawaii to serve whatever sentence he receives there. Ideally, he’ll just be killed in prison. The Hawaii trial is set for January, via KHON below.
